Refund policy
All sales are final.
No refunds or returns are excepted, so please read the item description carefully and understand these are handmade items. No two items are ever the same. We will not replace an item due to you not liking the scent. If you want to sample a scent prior to purchasing a larger candle, please contact us for a scent sample. We will send up to 3 scent samples for free.
Handmade soy candles can have "frosting" on them. This is a natural occurrence with the wax, and in no way affects the candle itself.
We take the utmost care in packaging our products. Each candle is individually wrapped with bubble wrap for safety. We add ample filler so there are no loose items that can bang against each other. All our items include the cost of insurance with the shipping price listed. If an item is broken during shipping you must save the item and packaging (box, filler, etc.) and you must send us pictures of the broken item. We will file a claim for you, and you can get a refund of the cost of the broken item only. No shipping charges are refunded. This is the policy of the USPS, not us.
